HIP HOP FITNESS is a lead & follow dance class conceptualized by Studio Zahiya founder Lisa Zahiya.
The class is for all levels and focuses on fitness and fun. We promise dirty music, dirty moves to the latest hip hop hits.
Each instructor brings their own style, playlists and moves.

VIXEN WORKOUT SERIES is a hardcore, sexy cardio session that will burn upwards of 600 calories. This 6 week course is a chance to dig deeper into sexy hip hop moves and develop your inner Sasha Fierce! Each class will be comprised of some choreography breakdowns followed by lots of dancing. This is a great opportunity to break out of your shell in a judgement-free zone, while building your confidence and dance repertoire! Sneaker wedges and sexy attire strongly encouraged!
